BREASTFEEDING AND POST PARTUM SUPPORT The Milk Maid is primarily a breastfeeding support herbal tea blend. It contains a combination of traditional herbs known as galactagogues.

These herbs are known to support and increase milk supply in breastfeeding mothers. In addition, gentle herbs to relax and nourish the mother are added, which is an important goal post partum and especially whilst breast feeding.
